SINGTAM, 7 OCT: BJP Sikkim virtually joined the nation in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha, witnessing the historic address of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on the completion of 25 years of his journey in public service and governance.
The virtual participation was facilitated from the BJP Sikkim State Party Office at Singtam, where State President Shri DR Thapa joined the programme alongside State Office Bearers, party executives and Karyakartas from various organisational levels, connecting with the nation in witnessing the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s address.
The occasion provided an opportunity to reflect upon 25 years of dedicated Seva, Sankalp and service to the nation, while drawing inspiration from the Prime Minister’s unwavering commitment towards building a developed, self-reliant and prosperous India.
Following the Prime Minister’s address, State President Shri DR Thapa addressed the gathering and saluted the dedication and commitment of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi towards the nation. Highlighting the Prime Minister’s continued energy and dedication at the age of 76, Shri Thapa urged all Karyakartas to draw inspiration from his journey of public service and dedicate themselves towards realising the vision of Viksit Bharat and Viksit Sikkim. State President also endorsed the Prime Minister’s call of “We Will Do It”, urging every Karyakarta to carry this spirit of confidence and determination forward in working towards the vision.
On the occasion, BJP Sikkim Karyakartas also took a collective pledge, led by the State President, to contribute with dedication towards the realisation of the vision of a developed India and a developed Sikkim.
The programme was followed by a Seva Jyoti Yatra, which commenced from the BJP Sikkim State Party Office and proceeded towards Singtam Bridge, commemorating 25 years of dedicated public service and reaffirming the spirit of Seva and Sankalp.
